Yavapai Hills is located in Prescott Arizona, 100 miles northwest of Phoenix at an elevation of 5,400 feet.  The subdivision is located close to town with over 1,750 acres of rolling hills and valleys teeming with wildlife.  This is a community with over 1200 private home sites on the former Tom Mix  Bar Circle A Ranch, tucked away among the trees with wonderful views.
